As maintenance Support and Coordination, we provide 24/7 responses to urgent maintenance issues when your guests are in-stay. Coordinating your routine maintenance such as heating and hot water. Regoular check-ups and reports on condition of your home and any potential issues.

We’ll manage guests check-in and answer any questions they may have before or during their stay. Our concierges will meet and greet your guests on arrival, no matter what time their flight arrives, give them a tour of the home and share local recommendations. New Wings check-in service also includes tasty Welcome Packs so that your guests can feel at home on arrival, having a taste of local products.
We will inspect the property for you at check-out, confirming all is in the same given conditions.
